Albania - supply of audiovisual system for legislative transparency

The assignment concerns the supply and installation of audiovisual equipment for plenary sessions of the Parliament.
The Action Programme for Albania under EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), aims at promoting a democratic mission, through a transparent, accessible and responsible communication in political and legislative fields.
In this context, an invitation to tender intends:
- to streghten the transparency and the involvement of the civil society in the legislative process,
- to improve the public information on parliamentary activities and parliamentary documentation.
