Call for proposals, Creative Europe: organisation and implementation of an annual European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL).

The EUPL is a prize for literary talent, awarded annually to new and emerging European authors for recently published literary works of fiction. 

The aim of this Call for proposals is twofold:

• To ensure the continuation of the EUPL for the period 2019-2021 and consolidate the EUPL’s position in the book sector and among the public;
• To modernise and strengthen the EUPL over its next three year period.
