Call for Proposals For EU Grants under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund: Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP) Projects.

The overall objective of this Call for Proposals is to support the establishment and implementation of Maritime Spatial Plans in line with the Directive 2014/89/EU27 on MSP (hereinafter "the MSP Directive").

The specific objectives of this call are:

• 1) to support concrete actions in Member States helping to build capacity for the implementation of the MSP Directive and;
• 2) to provide support for the establishment of lasting mechanisms for cross-border cooperation on MSP.
