CEF Telecom funding supports projects of common interest that improve the daily life of citizens, businesses and public administrations and contribute to the development of a Digital Single Market by deploying European digital infrastructures across the EU.

On December 14th 2020, INEA published the results of the first 2020 CEF Telecom call for proposals.

The stated overall objective of the CEF is to enhance the Trans-European Networks/infrastructure (both physical infrastructure and digital infrastructure). This will promote economic growth and supports the completion and functioning of the internal market in support of the competitiveness of the European economy.
