The EDIDP is an industrial development programme, established by Regulation (EU) 2018/1092 (hereafter EDIDP Regulation), which is implemented through annual calls for proposals in 2019 and 2020. The calls are based on a two-year work programme defined in close cooperation with Member States and adopted by the Commission on 19 March 2019.
