EIT Food has awarded 13 innovation projects EUR 6.17 million in total.

EIT Food is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis by funding short term, impactful projects that address Food System business and consumer needs.

EIT Food’s strategic objectives should be interpreted in context of a COVID-19 response or possible similar future Pandemics and the ensuing challenges to the agrifood sector, such as:
