This call for proposals is financed under the European Programme for Employment and Social Innovation "EaSI" 2014-2020. The overall objective of this call for proposals is to ensure around 4 000 placements over the duration of the action in economic sectors with hard to fill vacancies.

The action being strongly result-oriented, it may contribute to:

• a) enhance the service catalogue of the EURES organisations;
• b) foster public-private partnerships and;
• c) address labour market needs in line with the bottom lines of the EURES reform;
